Why is exercise important?

If you have decided already to lose some extra weight, you probably already have a ready DIETING PLAN. Most of all, your muscles would become weak and formless, many problems can occur on your heart and lungs, that can cause various diseases. Regular exercise is vital for good health and physical fitness. Many of us have unhealthy habits, such as smoking, alcohol, fat foods.
